  • Payments cannot be reversed for unused time within the billing period

3. Subscription Services

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance

  • Your listing or advertising will remain active for the full paid billing period

  • Cancellation requests will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

However:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period

  • Your listing will remain active until the end of that period

  • No refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription

For example:

If a subscription is cancelled halfway through the month, the listing will continue until the end of that month, after which it will be removed.

9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

By purchasing advertising or listing services from Shutters and Blinds, you acknowledge and agree that the service provided is a digital advertising service that becomes active once your listing or advertisement is published on the platform.

Once a listing or advertisement has been activated:

  • The service is considered delivered and in use

  • The agreed billing period remains payable in full

  • Payments made are non-refundable, as stated in this policy

You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider for services that have already been activated and made available on the platform.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated:

  • We reserve the right to immediately suspend or remove your listing from the platform

  • Any outstanding balances may become immediately payable

  • We reserve the right to recover any costs, fees, or administrative charges associated with the dispute

Where necessary, unpaid balances may be pursued through appropriate debt recovery or legal channels.
